Our client is a visa service company. They have extensive experience in providing services for all types of visa applications as well as document translation.
- Managing office procurements, vendor comparisons, price negotiations, quality and delivery in compliance with the company's procurement policy.
- Administering and purchasing all office equipment such as computer hardware and software, telephone systems, fax machines, copy machines and printers.
- Compiling records for insurance purposes and hospital claims and carrying out a variety of other duties.
- Male or female, aged between 26 and 35 years old
- At least 4 years of experience in administration or procurement work.
- Proficient using MS Excel and SAP.
- Good communication in English is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
