- Arranging car scheduling and appointments, facilitating meetings and receiving Japanese guests.
- Preparing documents as required.
- Handling name cards, name stamp, stationery and computers as assigned.
- Preparing required documents for visa and passport applications.
- Handling sales administration.
- Thai male or female, aged between 25-27 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in secretarial or administration roles (Prefer from a Japanese company).
- Good command of English.
