Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. They explore, produce and market oil and natural gas. They are now seeking an experienced person for the position of Country Sales Manager.
- Manage the delivery of the global CRM rewards and warranty systems across the top 10+ markets to retain workshops and customers through attractive trade incentives, a point rewards system and consumer loyalty benefits.
- Ensure that retention incentives and rewards complement and reinforce other areas of digital paths-to-purchase, such as lead generation and conversion.
- Design the long-term strategic collaboration with workshop owners and distributors for the introduction and performance of new revenue streams from ancillary partner services, auto replenishment systems and workshop certifications
- Work with local markets and communications agencies to create methodology to ensure long-term direct communications with trade partners and customers through the CRM.
- Project manage workshop academy and accompanying assets/modules for development, including the digital interface to workshop mechanics and owners, progressive content design, implementation execution and the API connectivity to the value chain CRM system; all of which are intended to increase premium sales at branded independent workshops and key account workshop locations.
- At least 5 years of multinational commercial experience, including project management, below the line marketing activation, and agency/alliance partner management.
- Ability to coach and equip others to convey complex systems and concepts to a wide range of audiences ranging from workshop mechanics to senior leaders.
- Marketing-led commercial offer design and deployment experience within multinational B2C environments is essential.
- Experience in user experience systems design and awareness of market research methodologies in the identification of feature development.
- Experience in KPI development and tracking within a rapid test-and-learn environment.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Able work overseas (SEA and Russia)
