Our client is an international conveyor belt manufacturer. The company is now seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Country Sales Manager.
- Taking care of the Thailand business and focusing on growing top line sales with acceptable gross contributions.
- Being responsible for management of the sales team and market development involving customers and distributors in Thailand.
- Being responsible for market research and identifying new opportunities to expand in Thailand and regionally where applicable.
- Overseeing day to day responsibility of the company's sales office and team and ensuring costs are controlled and reasonably incurred.
- Coordinating various business activities with regional and global business functions, such as Business Development, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Ensuring that all staff of Thailand act in the best interests of the company at all times and in accordance with the Code of Conduct and other corporate governance guidelines of the group of companies.
- Thai national only.
- Aged 40-50 years old.
- Good English skills to operate as a senior manager in multinational operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Master’s Degree in MBA is an advantage.
- Strong experience of selling conveyor belt, movement system or industrial automation.
- Experience in direct sales, project sales and distributor sales.
- Strong experience in sales team management.
