Our client is one of the largest suppliers of mobile phone systems in the world. They provide total solutions covering everything from systems and applications to services and core technology for mobile handsets. They are now seeking an assertive and experienced person for the position ofCustomer Project Manager.
- Establish project plan baseline, define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan & monitor all activities.
- Drive project execution, track project activities, monitor & handle changes, and handle conflicts & escalations.
- Handle customer & stakeholder engagement;build customer relationships, confidence and trust; ensure project progress is on track; and arrange meetings & customer events.
- Manage project finances and monitorfinancial system.
- Develop business, including contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
- Simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Telecommunications or other related field.
- Strong, logical mindset and management skillsand results driven.
- Good English communication skills.
