Our client is a leading international provider of comfortable and well-designed footwear products supplied to many countries around the world. Due to their current sales expansion, they are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join and manage their sales team.
- Maximizing assortment range, visual merchandising displays, customer sales and service levels as well as promotional and pricing effectiveness.
- Contributing in developing and executing differentiated retail strategies
- Driving the formulation and execution of annual sales plans for each key account customer
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with key customer contacts
- Monitoring closely the trends in stock movements and providing feedback to the Supply Chain Manager for optimum inventory management.
- Male or female, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Able to travel and work outside of Bangkok.
