Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prior auto component sales experience (at least 7-10 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Aftermarket sales experience desirable
  • Effective rollout of sales strategy
  • Excellent communicator, strategist & negotiation skills
  • Experience developing national network
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams
  • Auto industry knowledge
  • Excellent spoken and written Thai and English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • University qualified – Business/communication/engineering or other related disciplines
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to travel throughout Thailand
  • Occasional travel overseas
  • Build a solid & professional sales team in Thailand
  • Enhance current dealer network opportunities
  • Increase and maintain sales momentum
  • Develop strong relationships with existing dealership network
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand territory
  • Implement and execute a comprehensive Sales Strategy in line with company growth objectives
  • Develop as well as deliver customer training
  • Monthly reporting of sales KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Significant leadership experience in sales, marketing, and brand management
  • Demonstrated experience in building a strong dealer network, managing and developing field teams, and developing a premium brand
  • Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Thai.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills essential, with previous experience of team management
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to travel according to business needs (both domestic & international)
