Our client is a leading wine importer and distributor selling to HORECA in Thailand. They are looking for a talented candidate to join them in the position of Sales Director.
- Overall planning, budgeting and achievement of the yearly HORECA Channel, product portfolio and distribution expansion plan, with priorities given to key brands and customer channels.
- Proposing business sales strategy and business plan for the market to ensure that the company reaches sales goals and profitability.
- Managing Sale team including training and coaching managers, supervisors and other staff through regular meetings, field accompaniment and development of basic training systems to achieve sales targets and maximize profits for the business within agreed upon budgets.
- Supporting team to improve sales revenue and customer relationships, ensure effective communication and tap new customer bases as needed.
- Closely monitoring the sales team activities; defining, implementing, and executing annual sales target measurement and reward scheme for individual channels.
- Providing timely feedback to management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
- Experience working in HORECA Channel.
- Good entrepreneurial attitude, flexible, results-oriented, people management and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
