  • Being responsible for overall domestic market of carpet tile, focusing on commercial channels (office buildings, commercial buildings, etc.)
  • Identifying and developing carpet tile business opportunities and plans for the domestic Thailand market, to establish and create sustainable growth in chosen markets for company sales and profits.
  • Implementing sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing new and existing customers through planned individual account management.
  • Planning business strategy, identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and clients as well as building new commercial sales relationships.
  • Coordinating with product development and operations teams to deliver the most effective business outcome.
  • Finding new potential clients and taking action to achieve sales growth with prospective customers (architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, project owners).
  • Analysing consumer requirements, the market and its trends and competitors.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged 35– 45 years old, with a pleasant personality.
  • Bachelor or master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Must be experienced in selling products, like construction materials, furniture, interior decorative products or related items.
  • A minimum of 5 years successful experience in sales and a proven record of setting up accounts and dealers.
  • Strong business development and commercial sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with proven problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong people management & people development skills.
  • Good English communication skills and willing to travel.
  • Good management skills, active and hands-on.
