Our client is a consumer electronics trading and manufacturing company. The company is now looking for a suitably experienced person to join it in the position of Sales Manager.
- Controlling use of the sales budget.
- Monitoring implementation of the sales plan and focusing on sales volume to meet the target.
- Monitoring A/R collection under company guidelines.
- Achieving sales targets through the implementation of effective sales plans (which include sell-in & sell-out activities), and channel strategy.
- Maintaining and developing long lasting relationships with existing accounts and floor sales personnel through frequent visitations and efficient services.
- Monitoring and updating the management on competitors' current activities and plans.
- Solving problems of key accounts and maintaining relationships with them.
- Supervising and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Male or female, aged not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling televisions to the Modern Trade channel with direct experience dealing with Tesco Lotus, Homepro, Powerbuy or The Mall.
- Good command of English.
- Strong in communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive person.
