  • Supporting the management of warranty claims liaison with the head office and distribution partners.
  • Managing products and giving advice to local customers and distribution partners.
  • Training and educating distribution partners on products to be able to introduce the products to customers.
  • Presenting company products and responding to service and application queries of customers and distribution partners.
  • Analysing and reporting results of field service operations.
  • Supporting and guiding distributors to develop effective after-sales service.
  • Visiting end customers to provide all relevant services for technical and commercial solutions.
  • Supporting complex repair work for key customers (onsite service), including optimizing technical adjustments in order to optimize the machine performance.
  • Preparing failure analyses of machines and providing the appropriate solutions.
  • Preparing weekly reports regarding technical conditions in the market.
  • Being responsible for answering technical questions for customers via phone and email.
  • Maintaining and developing good relationships with distribution partners and customers.
  • Monitoring machine power and performance onsite, including providing support for repairs and optimization.
  • Coordinating and supporting sales team, such as preparing conversion and extension manuals for testing conversions for special inspections at the plant.
  • Executing all service features regarding the machines (inspections and post-harvest checks).
  • Supporting and providing assembly services for the machines (harvesters and tractors).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a comparable function.
  • Solid professional experience in a customer service role in either agricultural machinery and/or construction equipment.
  • Experience selling related motor vehicles, CNC machines or related equipment is a plus.
  • Willing to travel in Thailand, other countries in South East Asia and further abroad.
  • Strong knowledge of the service environment (onsite service).
  • A sufficient knowledge and ability to present the products to get the customers’ attention.
  • Able to communicate in both written and spoken English.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
