Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services and terminals. They now require a Training Officer.
- Training PC staff on new products.
- Handling program training.
- Preparing facilities, materials and equipment for training courses.
- Coordinating with the staff of both internal and external parties.
- Liaising with participants to attend training sessions.
- Travelling upcountry for work.
- Evaluating and analysing training feedback and satisfaction.
- Male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product training (electronics, mobile).
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Able to provide product and sales training according to company guidelines.
- Good management skills, pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
