Our client is a software company. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Admin officer.
Receiving and attending to standard enquiries from customers by telephone, e-mail and fax.
Preparing documents for accounting AP and tax.
Handling general clerical work.
Arranging business trips, purchasing office equipment and making reservations for air tickets & hotel rooms.
Supporting overseas management staff when visiting the Thai branch.
Dealing with government departments.
Providing general administrative support for the company.
Being responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Female, aged 24-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Having administration work experience of at least 2 years.
- Some relevant work experience involving accounting and HR will be advantageous.
- Good in using computer software such as Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English.
