Our client is a software company. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Admin officer.


Job Description:


  • Receiving and attending to standard enquiries from customers by telephone, e-mail and fax.

  • Preparing documents for accounting AP and tax.

  • Handling general clerical work.

  • Arranging business trips, purchasing office equipment and making reservations for air tickets & hotel rooms.

  • Supporting overseas management staff when visiting the Thai branch.

  • Dealing with government departments.

  • Providing general administrative support for the company.

  • Being responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.






  • Female, aged 24-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Having administration work experience of at least 2 years.
  • Some relevant work experience involving accounting and HR will be advantageous.
  • Good in using computer software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of English.
