- Handling all correspondence within the team in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Providing office administration services and supporting sales projects.
- Maintaining customer contract lists.
- Recording all customers in a database to help the Sales Team.
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled sales reports.
- Maintainingcustomer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Developing and maintaining a database system.
- Male or female, age not over 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Basic computer skills.
