- Supervising general administration and employee services.
- Liaising with external suppliers, i.e. building service contractors (transportation, security guards, cleaning service and such like.)
- Organising staff activities, such as travel, staff parties and birthday parties.
- Controlling the company’s external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of office supplies and other indirect materials.
- Ensuring parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production.
- Preparing documents and supporting the administration team.
- Managing and following up with all facilities maintenance in the office.
- Ensuring that all administration processes run smoothly.
- Coordinating with internal departments.
- Preparing purchase requisitions, approving and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fair to good command of spoken and written English.
- Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude and result oriented.
- Computer literate.
