Our client is an independent upstream oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Asia and Africa. Our client creates value by finding resources and then monetizing them at the appropriate time. They now require an Administrator.
- Managing the reception by answering, transferring and screening all incoming calls as appropriate.
- Maintaining and updating the company telephone list.
- Receiving and distributing internal & external mail/packages
- Managing car pool reservations for company staff.
- Being the focal point for company drivers and related documents
- Managing meeting room reservations and arranging refreshments, catering, etc.
- Assisting in some travel arrangements including roaming package, domestic air ticket & hotel bookings.
- Assisting in dealing with some office supplies including office mobiles, stationery and refreshments and ensuring these office supplies are well prepared.
- Assisting in dealing with an insurance company as required concerning staff such as medical check-up.
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly attendance & absenteeism reports.
- Managing the maid to deliver housekeeping services.
- Handling any other administrative duties as assigned.
- Thai nationality, Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative duties. Having experience in driver arrangement will be an advantage.
- Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to multi-task.
