Our client is a leading global telecommunication solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services and terminals. They now require a candidate for the position of ADMINISTRATOR.
- Process purchase requisitions and create payments for expenses related to the Administration Dept.
- Check invoices and receipts and ensure all steps of payment are correct, timely as well as accurate.
- Monitor expenses and/or budgets and support business units for problem areas.
- Issue administrative work plan report.
- Manage mobile SIM cards for entitled staff.
- Provide other administrative/ secretarial support when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in administration, finance, accounting or other relevant area.
- Good command of both English and Mandarin.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good interpersonal skills and enthusiastic person.
- Hard working, diligent and capable of working well under pressure.
- Able to work independently in a fast changing environment.
