Our client is a leading industrial engineering services provider in Thailand. They are now seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join their team in the position of Area Manager
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitoring market activities and sourcing project opportunities.
- Establishing a sales visit plan to organize and execute the maximum effectiveness of visit activities.
- Sourcing new customers or new projects and developing business opportunities, benefits and solutions.
- Implementing sales strategies as assigned and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Managing sales staff activities and sales targets.
- Conducting needs assessments, presenting proposals, and ensuring orders are placed.
- Closely monitoring and following up the prospects to maximise sales and project progress.
- Participating in company product and service training to maintain and update product knowledge.
- Coordinating with other departments to provide sales support.
- Male or female, aged 35 years old or older.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- More than 7 years of experience in Sales or a related position with an Oil & Gas or Chemical background.
- Experienced in project management.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Able to travel upcountry and overseas.
