Our client is a well-known food manufacturer and trader. The company requires a well-organized, highly motivated and fast-learning person to work in the position of Area Sales Manager (Thailand).
- Visiting and following up on any shortage of products in each branch store.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
- Monitoring the team's performance and motivating team members to reach targets.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Thai nationality, aged over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Traditional Trade sales (FMCG or Food & Beverage only).
- Good human relations and presentation skills and have a pleasant personality.
