Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a company representative to present and provide PRTR recruitment services and solutions.
  • Arranging meetings with clients to gain an understanding of job profile, specifications and company information to analyse and create an accurate job description.
  • Handling executive search assignments and delivering high quality candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and experience specified by clients.
  • Preparing candidate resumes and handling the correspondence process with clients.
  • Assisting clients by coordinating with candidates and handling associated paperwork.
  • Negotiating and liaising with clients and candidates regarding compensation and benefits packages.
  • Providing professional support and advice on recruitment issues to both customers and candidates.
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal customers, clients and candidates and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Taking action to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, in terms of job activities and financial targets.
  • Assisting with business development functions, e.g. finding potential customers, searching for new candidate generation methods, telesales and such like.

Qualifications:

  • Male / female, pleasant personality, age 27 – 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience in a sales role and a customer service function is preferred.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score of at least 700) and computer proficient.
  •  “Can-Do” attitude, willing to learn and well organized.
  • Possessing sales skills, logical thinker and commercial mind set.
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, professional appearance, active, highly motivated, confident, service-minded, creative and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets.
