Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operating financial functions in respect of timeline, cost and quality and delivering all core financial services that align with the company’s strategic goals, including but not limited to company financial strategy and planning, financial execution, financial risk  management, cash management, banking activities and tax, to achieve business growth and efficiency.
  • Performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth.
  • Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
  • Ensuring a record system is maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and meets the requirements of the Internal Auditor, Auditors and government regulations
  • Collaborating with external and internal auditors.
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards.
  • Analyzing cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders.
  • Analyzing financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
  • Leading the Accounting and Finance Team and cooperating with other departmental managers.
  • Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating department staff.
  • Training the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
  • Working with the CEO and senior management on the strategic vision.
  • Reporting financial results to the board of directors.
  • Attending Board and Subcommittee meetings, being the leader on the Audit Committee.
  • Preparing all relevant reports and documents and submitting to the overseas headquarters.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting to management on the stock performance of company, competitor activity and the industry generally.
  • Arranging, coordinating and managing shareholders' meetings and general matters.
  • Preparing financial materials upon request from HQ or local senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with SEC, and other related rules and regulations, is preferable.
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Thai nationality, age 30-40 years.
  • Work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Computer literate.
