Job Description

Company Background: 

Our client is a distributor of beverages and food ingredients. They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Brand Manager.

 Job Description: 

  • Being responsible for branding of food ingredients to the modern trade, traditional trade, horeca and food chain channels.
  • Planning and setting marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
  • Monitoring the brand image and ensuring proper messages are delivered to customers via practical marketing activities.
  • Overseeing the complete sales portfolio.
  • Following strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed goals.
  • Visiting and serving existing clients and identifying new business or service opportunities.
  • Setting and supporting marketing activities such as events, promotions and roadshows.
  • Monitoring the brand image and ensuring proper messages are delivered to customers via practical marketing activities.
  • Monitoring brand performance and taking initiatives to further strengthen brand market position.
  • Managing, motivating, training and developing the sales team to drive sales performance.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest based upon the spending habits.
  • Utilizing the brand promotion budget by creating appropriate programmes for channels.
  • Utilizing market research studies and analyzing their findings.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for monitoring major accounts.

Qualifications: 

  • Thai national.
  • Female or male, aged between 34-45 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degreeor higher in marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in branding, product and marketing of food ingredients or related to modern trade, traditional trade, horeca and food chain channels.
  • At least 2 years management experience.
  • Having knowledge of spirits beverage products would be preferable.
  • Able to work independently and possess initiative, a service-mind and good interpersonal skill.
  • Can work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Energetic, proactive and pleasant personality.
  • Strong team player.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).
