Our client is a global leader in advertising. They have branches in Singapore, Taiwan, Tokyo and Hong Kong. They are now looking for a qualified candidate to join them in the position of Business Development Manager.
- Manage sales results of the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Supervise members’ work, and give advice for better productivity.
- Motivate the team to attain the best results among all the teams.
- Attend weekly meetings with CEO, directors, senior managers and other managers.
- Individually prospect, pitch and close sales.
- Support members with sales activities and planning strategies.
- Build good relationships with other departments, clients and agencies.
- Continuously develop team to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends.
- Engage in recruiting new team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fluent in English.
- Native speaker of Thai.
- Experience generating sales leads.
- Experience of working in Digital Advertising Agencies or AdTech companies.
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
- Results-oriented with passion for work.
- Detail-oriented and well organized with good sense of responsibility.
