  • Being responsible for new special construction products; aluminium composite, laminated & building products, exterior wall cladding (façade) and flooring products.
  • Providing new product training to the sales team as well as supervising and solving their problems.
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities and plans for the domestic Thailand market.
  • Establishing and creating sustainable growth in chosen markets for company sales and profits.
  • Maintaining and developing business with both new and existing customers through planned individual account management.
  • Planning business strategy, identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and clients as well as building new commercial sales relationships.
  • Coordinating with product development and operations teams to deliver the most effective business outcome.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director.
  • Finding new potential clients and taking action to achieve sales growth with prospective customers (architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, project owners).
  • Analyzing consumer requirements, the market and its trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged 37– 45 years old, with a pleasant personality.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Possess technical knowledge in engineering, design, architecture and other related areas and have a good understanding of AutoCAD program.
  • Must be experienced in selling construction products as well as handling sales specifications.
  • A minimum of 7 years in managerial roles of a sales team.
  • Knowledge of laminated & building products and exterior wall cladding (façade) would be an advantage.
  • Have good connections with design firms, contractors, developers and people in the construction & building industry.
  • Strong business development and commercial sales skills.
  • Self-motivated with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Mature, confident, strong people management ability and a good team player.
  • Good English communication skills and willing to travel.
  • Good management & leadership skills, active and hands-on.
