  • Planning and implementing human resources strategy linked to the company’s strategic plan.
  • Being responsible for recruitment: manpower planning, searching, interviewing, hiring and related documentation.
  • Working with business units to reach optimization of the workforce.
  • Handling staff promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • Studying and planning for compensation & benefits and welfare strategy.
  • Analysing the external pay trend and proposing implementation of company salary structure.
  • Planning and organizing training & development program, evaluating and analysing training results.
  • Creating in-house succession plan and career path.
  • Following up on performance appraisal.
  • Developing the company’s rules & regulations, monitoring discipline and conducting disciplinary investigations.
  • Providing guidelines to supervisor to consider in case of any wrong doing. 
  • Advising in labour relation issues and finding solutions to improve any internal misunderstanding
  • Following labour laws and new regulations raised by the government
  • Participating in employee engagement activities, supporting employee skills enhancement and developing modern management tools to be implemented in the company.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged 35-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in handling a full spectrum of human resources roles in a manufacturing company, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience at the managerial level is a must.
  • Experience in employee relations management.
  • Strong knowledge of HRM, HRD, OD, Thai labour laws and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking ability, proactive with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mature person with strong leadership & people management skills, well-organized and possess a service mind.
  • Good English communication and computer proficiency.
