Our client is major supplier of end-to-end solutions for Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric machinery. Now they are looking for a candidate for the position of Country Sales Manager to maintain relationships with customers in Thailand and expand business in Southeast Asia.
- Managing Thailand office, preparing and executing business plans and budgets that drive growth in profits and market share.
- Building relationships of long-term trust with customers.
- Engaging with new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensuring that excellent levels of after-sales service are achieved to maximize customer retention.
- Handling customer and channel relationship management.
- Preparing, delivering and responding to customer quotes.
- Analyzing and controlling expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Executing market and segmenting growth strategy.
- Maintaining solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry.
- Aged over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level involving industrial machines marketing with a company of international repute.
- Possess excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Hardworking, honest, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
- Able to work well under pressure and pay attention to details.
