Job Description

Company Background: 

Our client is major supplier of end-to-end solutions for Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric machinery. Now they are looking for a candidate for the position of Country Sales Manager to maintain relationships with customers in Thailand and expand business in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Thailand office, preparing and executing business plans and budgets that drive growth in profits and market share.
  • Building relationships of long-term trust with customers.
  • Engaging with new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensuring that excellent levels of after-sales service are achieved to maximize customer retention.
  • Handling customer and channel relationship management.
  • Preparing, delivering and responding to customer quotes.
  • Analyzing and controlling expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Executing market and segmenting growth strategy.
  • Maintaining solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry.

Qualifications:

  • Aged over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level involving industrial machines marketing with a company of international repute.
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Hardworking, honest, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
  • Able to work well under pressure and pay attention to details.
