Company Background: 

Our client is a leading group of chain restaurants in Thailand. In order to serve their rapidly expanding business, they are currently looking for a CRM Manager.

Job Description: 

  • Managing CRM and Data Analytic teams to effectively support internal and external clients.
  • Overseeing CRM and driving business performance using Salesforce Platform.
  • Being responsible for CRM strategy; delivering customer experience, CRM programs and leveraging data to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Managing customer loyalty programs and developing KPIs and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to understand consumer segmentation and behaviours and identifying consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing.
  • Consulting with marketing to implement loyalty campaigns and data storage in databases, including data consolidation through campaign channel.
  • Developing and executing Customer Relationship Management programs, i.e. mobile app, website, call centre and all related customer touch points, to effectively communicate with customers (in liaison with Marketing Department).
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.


  • Thai nationality only.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years’ experience of CRM Marketing
  • Experience of using Salesforce Platform.
  • Good command of English.
