Our client is a leading supplier of packaging solutions and products and has operations in Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Greater China. They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Customer Service Executive.
- Monitoring day to day customer transactions.
- Administering demand and booking plan of customers.
- Handling and solving customers’ issues to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
- Supporting sales & CRM concerning data management and administration.
- Handling customers' transactions recording.
- Ensuring invoice accuracy to avoid payment delays.
- Supporting other departments when required on customer related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Some experience in a customer services role and complaint handling function.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- High level of patience and tolerance in handling difficult situations and customers
- A good team player
- Capable of writing reports and preparing presentations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude
- Good computer knowledge, especially in using MS Office
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
