Job Description

Our client is a leading health insurance company in Thailand. They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence regarding customer enquiries and claims.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and related parties to solve day-to-day enquiries and any complaints.
  • Providing excellent customer service and meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
  • Managing and following-up on customer enquiries and issues until resolution.
  • Finding best solutions for customers.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance is preferable.
  • Can-do attitude and perseverance.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Service minded.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work under pressure and satisfy customer demands.
