Our client is a leading health insurance company in Thailand. They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence regarding customer enquiries and claims.
- Coordinating with internal departments and related parties to solve day-to-day enquiries and any complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service and meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
- Managing and following-up on customer enquiries and issues until resolution.
- Finding best solutions for customers.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.
- Good communication and telephone skills.
- Knowledge of insurance is preferable.
- Can-do attitude and perseverance.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Service minded.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work under pressure and satisfy customer demands.
