Our client is a leading electrical packaging machine trader and service provider. The company urgently requires a talented and dynamic person to support its rapid growth in the position of Customer Service Manager.
- Being responsible for providing excellent service to individual customers.
- Ensuring improvements are made to the customer service department in accordance with company standards.
- Developing the customer relationship program.
- Providing effective and high quality service to customers when:
- placing orders
- seeking assistance
- raising concerns or reporting problems
- Taking full responsibility for the maintenance of accurate customer records.
- Verifying and managing customer claims within timelines.
- Supervising subordinates and monitoring their operations and performances.
- Ensuring achievement of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Liaising with other divisions in order to provide unparalleled customer service.
- Male or female, aged between 30 and 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Must have experience in a customer service environment, providing maintenance or post-sales services for packaging machine
- At least 3 years of experience at a management level.
- Highly responsible with attention to detail.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
