Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of food coatings / seasonings. They have been established in Thailand for over 25 years. Due to their current growth, they now require a suitably qualified person to join their team in the position of Customer Service Manager (Food Manufacturing).
70,000 – 90,000 Baht/month + other benefits
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing an exceptional service to both domestic and international customers.
- Creating and reviewing the department’s documents, forms and procedures in order to improve services and support internal teams.
- Managing and controlling department expenses effectively.
- Submitting export documents and handling L/C collections.
- Coordinating with shipping lines, clearance & forwarding agents, insurance companies and government agencies in order to make sure that customer orders are handled properly.
- Directing, controlling and coaching subordinates in handling assigned functions.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in customer service roles plus at least 2 years at the management level.
- Background involving food ingredients, FMCG or food & beverages is preferable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
