Our client is a leading global supplier of technology products and associated services. They operate across four sectors; Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Customer Service Officer. 

Job Description:

Parts Inventory.

  • Ordering spare parts; reviewing part performance, stock movement and stock remaining (ABC Analysis).
  • Ordering parts according to technicians’ orders.
  • Creating material numbers in SAP.
  • Issuing purchase orders in SAP for air freight and express shipments.
  • Preparing purchasing orders to request approval from management and sending orders to distribution center.
  • Issuing purchase orders to local suppliers.
  • Contacting shipping suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Following up on spare parts according to the purchase order.
  • Checking and correcting part price in purchase order by comparing with invoice and SAP transaction.
  • Issuing and following up part claim reports, e.g. credit notes, quality issues, etc. 
  • Receiving jobs from showroom, walk-in customers and modern trade.
  • Opening jobs in SPICE system.
  • Checking appliances and delivery documents.
  • Sending documents and appliances to technicians and Transportation Team.
  • Updating and following up the status of jobs and tasks from call center.
  • Following payment from customers in cases of transfer payment.
  • Closing jobs in SPICE system.
  • Sending delivery documents and appliances to related parties.
  • Handling customer service related matters as assigned by superior.  


  • Male or female, aged 23-30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a service technician (home appliances) would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate, experience of SAP / CRM would be an advantage.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and eager to learn 
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
