Our client is a leader in leasing services and they provide leasing products to the financial market in Thailand. They are looking now for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Customer Service Officer.
- Handling inbound calls.
- Greeting and taking care walk-in customers to the service center.
- Providing and giving information to customers.
- Handling customer complaints and requirements.
- Supporting documents of service team.
- Working Monday – Friday, 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
- Thai nationality, aged 24 – 34 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- More than 2 years of experience in Customer Service role, as a Receptionist or in any related field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good personality and service oriented.
