Job Description

Our client is a leader in leasing services and they provide leasing products to the financial market in Thailand. They are looking now for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls.
  • Greeting and taking care walk-in customers to the service center.
  • Providing and giving information to customers.
  • Handling customer complaints and requirements.
  • Supporting documents of service team.
  • Working Monday – Friday, 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, aged 24 – 34 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in Customer Service role, as a Receptionist or in any related field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good personality and service oriented.
