Our client is a large online mobile solutions service provider for the hospitality industry.
- Being responsible for taking orders, following up, shipping, billing and payments.
- Ensuring customer orders are delivered promptly.
- Handling import and export documents.
- Communicating with customers via mail.
- Providing technical & user related support to departments
- Travelling domestically occasionally
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
- Male or female, aged between 24-30 years old and Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in a hospitality customer service role of at least 2 years.
- Good command of English.
