- Providing service solutions to customer service staff.
- Dealing with overseas customers.
- Handling customer requests or complaints.
- Monitoring and supervising staff.
- Developing knowledge and expertise of staff to deliver the highest level of personal service.
- Male or female, not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations or a call center.
- Minimum relevant work experience from the customer service or hospitality industries.
- At least 1 year at the supervisory level.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good computer proficiency.
