Job Description:

  • Providing service solutions to customer service staff.
  • Dealing with overseas customers.
  • Handling customer requests or complaints.
  • Monitoring and supervising staff.
  • Developing knowledge and expertise of staff to deliver the highest level of personal service.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations or a call center.
  • Minimum relevant work experience from the customer service or hospitality industries.
  • At least 1 year at the supervisory level.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good computer proficiency.
