Our client is a leading hospitality provider. They are looking for a talented candidate to join them in the position of Director of Sales.
- Developing and maintaining a sales culture that focuses on driving sales revenue.
- Being accountable for the daily activities of the team and reporting to the Director of Business Development.
- Providing leadership, inspiration and implementing effective sales strategies that maximize revenue.
- Managing daily operations, directing effort, executing and exceeding weekly sales call goals.
- Mentoring and developing Sales Managers while effectively implementing and monitoring sales action plans within a positive work environment.
- Producing professional written correspondence, proposals, bids and follow-up.
- Performing other duties, projects and tasks as assigned.
- Directing management staff in order to meet sales objectives and goals.
- Maximizing the potential sales volume in all segments of the market.
- Male or Female, Thai national, 30-40 years old.
- Strong experience of working in a similar position for an international luxury brand hotel in Thailand.
- Proven leadership experience and at least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager.
- Candidate must be highly skilled in implementing domestic and international strategic sales plans.
- Very good English language skills.
