  • Being responsible for overall factory engineering and maintenance functions (area of 150 rai).
  • Managing and developing an engineering and maintenance department.
  • Managing the maintenance system, budgets, spare parts inventory and planning processes.
  • Monitoring scheduled repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
  • Ensuring project and ISO documents are completed and that maintenance quality documents and log sheets are up-to-date and stored appropriately.
  • Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress.
  • Ensuring maintenance staff and subcontractors work in a safe manner and follow safety requirements, regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Building TPM awareness amongst the operations team.
  • Monitoring overall DCS system in the production line.
  • Leading maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, etc. as required for operations.
  • Reviewing production, quality control reports, maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modifying maintenance activities.
  • Inspecting operating machines and equipment to ensure conformance with operational standards.
  • Being in charge of coordination and completion of projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the progress of the projects.
  • Ensuring maintenance staff and subcontractors work in a safe manner, follow safety requirements and meet regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials.
  • Conducting training and indoctrinating staff to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures. 


  • Male, Thai national, aged 40 years old or above.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing company or similar business (such as production of liquids using a boiler system to feed products by pipeline) and with management role experience to be able to manage a team (12 staff under responsibility).
  • Experience should cover maintenance planning, both preventative and corrective, including turnaround and shutdown, ISO and project management.
  • Background in reliability control is preferred and DCS system is an advantage.
  • Very good TPM, TQM and OEE skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Strong leadership, people management, communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance and mechanical systems
  • Able to operate basic power and hand tools and strong at spare parts management.
