Job Description

Background:

Our client is the nation's leading travel insurance provider. They are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position English Call Center Officer.

Job Description:

  • Providing assistance and solutions to customers over the phone.
  • Coordinating with local and foreign suppliers and clients.
  • Liaising with the overseas centre and partners to complete the assistance process.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged 22-30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service or Receptionist role.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated, effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Computer proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).

Candidates with a TOEIC score of 500 up qualify for a fixed allowance position of 5,000 Baht/month.
