Our client is the nation's leading travel insurance provider. They are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position English Call Center Officer.
- Providing assistance and solutions to customers over the phone.
- Coordinating with local and foreign suppliers and clients.
- Liaising with the overseas centre and partners to complete the assistance process.
- Male or female, aged 22-30 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service or Receptionist role.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated, effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Computer proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
Candidates with a TOEIC score of 500 up qualify for a fixed allowance position of 5,000 Baht/month.
