Our client is a Luxury City Center Residence. They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Executive Secretary.
- Ensuring the secretarial desk is manned during office hours and as required by the General Manager.
- Creating schedules and creating appointments made by or on behalf of the General Manager.
- Preparing all incoming and outgoing documents, handling and prioritizing correspondence for the General Manager to review.
- Maintaining an up to date, reliable and tidy filing system that provides easy access to information.
- Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
- Female only, age 28 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good to very good command of written and spoken English.
