PRTR currently consists of 6 companies employing a total of 320 internal staff supporting 2,100 external staff based at our client partner’s locations in Thailand. PRTR Eastern Seaboard was established in 2006, employs 35 staff and has enjoyed consistent and exciting growth. Due to the establishment of a second company directly under the ownership and management of PRTR Eastern Seaboard we require an outstanding Manager to fill the resulting gap within PRTR’s management.

The Business Development Manager will be reporting to the Expatriate Director and work closely with the Thai Division Manager. The Business Development Manager will initially be expected to gain an understanding of PRTR’s business philosophy, working processes and customer service principles and will then take responsibility for continuing the profitable development of PRTR Eastern Seaboard’s Executive Recruitment Services. This will involve carrying out sales, marketing and networking activities with the target of both attracting new customers and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
The Business Development Manager will have a high level of intelligence, a proven sales background within the recruitment or related business, a great interest and understanding of the commercial business process, a keen interest in customer relationship management and an entrepreneurial flair. The successful candidate will have a sense of humour, an idealistic approach to business and must have worked in Asia for at least one year.
The Business Development Manager will receive a very good basic salary and commission package.
