Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of antenna products for various technological usages, such as mobile terminals, mobile phones and GPS. They are looking for a dynamic and flexible person to support their expansion in Thailand.
- Visiting customers on site to support and maintain good relationships.
- Providing professional quality supportbased on customer voice and quality related requirements.
- Providing primary analysis of daily quality issues, feeding back and discussing with the Internal Quality Team (quality engineers). Following up issues until resolution.
- Monitoring weekly quality performance feedback at customer sites and production lines.
- Being responsible for on-site monitoring and confirming quality performance during the New Product Introduction phase, collecting customer assembly methods and requirements to feedback to the Internal Quality Improvement Team at HQ.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality function.
- Good knowledge of quality analysis and data collection tools.
- Fluent in English.
