PRTR IT Recruiting has started a country wide head hunt and marketing campaign for a Head of IT Customer Operations. This is a Senior Management role with a company of over 100 outlets in Thailand. The position includes responsibility for customer related interaction from the E-commerce infrastructure platform and Call Center processes.
The position is both strategic, vendor led and it is the focal point for operational process. The IT Operations Department is the most important for this technology driven business. The job is also “projects” based as the company opens new locations over the next 5 years.
This is a “team” based role. The people you manage, train and motivate are also integral to KPI success. You will hire and progress your team – Your success is there success also.
- Manage an IT Capital Expenditure budget and full P&L.
- Develop strong internal relationships.
- Manage contact center vendor relationships for costs and business continuity.
- Manage both POS and Online E-Commerce infrastructure platforms. (Through a vendor SLA).
- Develop system strategy and enhance standards of process.
- Be an advocate of an “easy access” culture for customers via the on-line process and call center.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years People Management skills in an IT Department.
- Experience of Developing work functions to be more technology aligned.
- International Working Culture experience.
- Experience working in retail industries.
- Experienced in testing, analysis, feasibility studies, installation.
- Experienced in working with complex modern environments.
