Our client is a successful transportation business. They are looking for a talented candidate to join them as Head of Operations (Transportation Services).
- Working closely with headquarters to define business operations and KPI strategy before implementing to the relevant teams.
- Managing, coaching and leading functions related to operations and ensuring the team can achieve its targets.
- Managing and overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service levels.
- Working across functions, such as Marketing, Finance, Call Center Support and others to ensure operations are smooth and get the job done.
- Monitoring and analyzing appropriate metrics to ensure extraordinary booking levels and a terrific service experience for users.
- Evaluating economic and strategic costs and benefits of partners and working with management to execute strategies.
- Improving and developing new processes to efficiently grow the business.
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of operations management, strategic consulting or banking experience.
- Active and can-do attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Basic Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
- Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up company.
