Our client is a provider of international health insurance.They are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to work in the position of Head of Sales to support their growing business.
- Following strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed goals.
- Serving existing clients and identifying new business or service opportunities.
- Finding new clients to meet sales targets.
- Closing sales in line with the achievement of business targets.
- Ensuring new and existing clients are proposed the best solutions by both the manager and the team.
- Managing the distribution of new inbound enquiries from new prospective clients to team members.
- Offering clients the best solutions available according to their varying needs.
- Coaching, leading and growing the team of product consultants.
- Driving the team to achieve targets.
- Implementing processes to maximize conversion rate relating to potential new customers.
- Male or female aged 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance field
- At least 2 years of experience related to B2C sales and insurance broker
- 3 years plus of experience at the management level
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills as well as analytical skills
