Our client isan international health insurance service provider.They are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to work in the position ofHead of Sales to support their growing business.
- Following strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed goals.
- Servicing existing clients and identifying new business or service opportunities.
- Finding new clients to meet sales targets.
- Closing sales in line with the achievement of business targets.
- Ensuring that the best solutions are proposed to new and existing clients by both the manager and the team.
- Managing the distribution of new inbound enquiries from new prospective clients to team members.
- Offering clients the best solutions available according to their varying needs.
- Coaching, leading and growing a team of product consultants.
- Driving the team to achieve targets.
- Implementing processes to maximize conversion rates on new prospects.
- Male or female, aged 35 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the International Health Insurance field and/or a direct sales position in a service company.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2C Sales.
- At least 5 years of experience at the Management level.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
