  • Managing a full range of human resources and general administrative functions.
  • Controlling all HRM and HRD operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, welfare, and work permits.
  • Implementing and developing KPI and salary structure for employees
  • Handling organisational / career development.
  • Maintaining and developing HR tools and systems in order to achieve best practices.
  • Designing and implementing strategic programmes and process improvements.
  • Managing office procurements, making vendor comparisons, handling price negotiations, and monitoring quality and deliveries in compliance with the company's procurement policy.
  • Managing all internal communications related to office administration.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, aged 30 - 38 years old.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role in telecommunications, insurance, banking, hotels or related business.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising team members.
  • Experience implementing KPIs, salary structures and career path development is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good team working abilities.
  • Able to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated, service-minded, well-organised and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal direct supervision.
  • Fast learner, logical mindset, proactive and flexible to changes.
  • Computer proficient (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
