Job Description

Background:

  • Our client is a manufacturer and exporter of curtain wall.

Job Description:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtimes, bonus, leave, etc.)
  • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting recruiters to source candidates and update the database

Qualifications:

  • Aged between 24 - 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 years HR work experience.
  • Good command of the English language.
