PRTR is one of the most successful independent recruitment agencies in Thailand. We provide full HR services to clients from local to multinational organizations. Our services involve executive search and recruitment, human resource outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, staff outsourcing, sales force outsourcing and business process outsourcing for companies. We are now seeking a HR Client Service Supervisor who wants to be part of a dynamic and international team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects and issues that are related to outsourced employees.
  • Dealing with all manner of employment HR rules & regulations, issues and requests.
  • Visiting clients in order to maintain good employee relationships and to promote good relationships with clients.
  • Supporting and advising clients on labor laws.
  • Working closely with customers as a consultant and specialist on people issues.
  • Executing HR projects as assigned by the HR Client Services Manager.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assisting in managing the payroll for outsourced employees.
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports related to personnel activities to clients (staffing, orientation, performance evaluations).
  • Acting as the contact point for outsourced employees, regarding welfare and other HR issues, as well as handling employee relations at client sites.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Handling new hire orientation, preparation of materials and on-boarding program. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR payroll management.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
  • Good command of English, with computer literacy (MS Office, Pivot table, V-look up, Business plus).
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal relations, follow-up, time management and managerial skills.
  • Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage
