  • Being involved in HRM and HRD covering recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, etc.
  • Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
  • Managing recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment.
  • Monitoring salary structure and benefits to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting/retaining staff.
  • Facilitating the personal performance management processes for employees.
  • Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
  • Providing consultancy advice to all internal parties on labour law compliance, tax and workman compensation law in alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • Identifying areas for improvements and proactively proposing and leading changes.  Staying abreast of changes and/or best practices in the field and identifying implications or opportunities for the company.
  • Managing talent and succession plans and taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities.
  • Improving HR policies, procedures and processes of the group of companies to have the same standard.
  • Planning and implementing company employee recognition/engagement events.
  • Maintaining active communication with company employees in order to monitor and boost morale.
  • Performing any other ad-hoc projects or duties when required


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HRM and HRD with experience involving HRIS management system.
  • Having work experience in a large sized manufacturer employing over 800 people.
  • Highly-developed interpersonal and people management/development skills.
  • Well-versed with Thai Labour regulations and other government legislation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment.
  • Mature, professional and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
  • Being able to work with the utmost confidentiality and trust.
  • A good team player.
