Job Description


The successful candidate will report directly to the Korean General Managerand will be responsible for the following key functions: 

  •  Developing and implementing a people management plan in support of the business needs in Thailand.
  • Driving the support and implementation of Human Resources projects and systems.
  • Being responsible for running the overall HR management system, and ensuring that there are sufficient resources allocated to review and maintain the system.
  • Planning, making recommendations and devising personnel and employee relations policies, in consultation with other senior management.
  • Establishing and directing the organization’s human resource procedures and strategies, taking into account the operating environment in each country and location of operation.
  • Working actively on employee relation matters. Consulting with HR teams in the region on local policies & procedures; bridging all employees with the Holding HR team on all HR policies, procedures and any other employment matter.
  • Consistently implementing appropriate tools and supporting these activities.
  • Analysing the training needs of individuals and business groups, closely cooperating with business lines to define appropriate training courses and development activities; providing training and development activities and resources in each country to meet our business needs.
  • Handle do other tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years HR generalist experience with a trading company.
  • Strong experience in functions of HRM and HRD, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Have knowledge in QMR and ISO will be advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate with all levels within the organization, able understand and strong service-mind.
